How much is the shipping cost?

We offer expedited delivery for a flat rate of AUD 14 per order; standard delivery is AUD 7 per order. Free shipping is available for orders over AUD 80.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time: help@pdxbp.com. We cannot make any changes after this time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We will send you an email after your order is shipped.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package at the address you provide during business hours.

pdxbp.com uses FedEx, USPS, and DHL for delivery.
